An Industry-Led Cultural Initiative

The CII Banaras Biennale is an industry-led cultural initiative conceived to create a long-term platform for artistic exchange, research and public engagement.

CII's role is to enable: bringing together cultural institutions, artists, curators, scholars, industry, philanthropy and public partners while preserving the independence of artistic and curatorial practice.

The inaugural edition in Banaras reflects a larger commitment to supporting India's cultural infrastructure — creating sustained relationships between culture, patronage and public life.
