Kashi: The Eternal City
Discover Kashi as a living civilisational landscape shaped by millennia of faith, learning, artistic traditions, pilgrimage, and cultural exchange.
Through its sacred geography, temples, ghats, music, rituals, and layered urban heritage, the exhibition explores the enduring relationship between the sacred and the everyday. It also celebrates the contributions of the Marathas and other regional communities in shaping and renewing Kashi between the 17th and 19th centuries.
